To reserve your desired items and secure our design services, we require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. Our team prides itself on punctual and precise logistics. We'll coordinate specific delivery and pickup windows with you or your venue contact well in advance of your event date. These windows are carefully scheduled to ensure efficient setup and breakdown, allowing for ample time and minimal disruption.
